Our women’s Tae Kwon Do classes are designed for those of you who are looking to experience Sport Taekwondo. We offer challenging, fun, and unique classes that are physically, mentally, and emotionally stimulating! Each class includes both dynamic and static stretching and strength drills as well as Sport Taekwondo instruction. Ages in our class range from early 20’s to 50’s. Many of the Women compete at local and national tournaments, and we have two ladies who have earned Gold Medals at the 2013 National Championships! Classes are taught by Coach Sara Gray, a third Dan Black Belt with over 15 years coaching experience working with all ages and levels of fighters. She is a Certified Level One Coach with USA Taekwondo.
